We continue to invest in our facilities and campus and each year we have been able to significantly enhance our current provision.
Most of the classrooms have been built since 1983, including a dedicated Expressive Arts Centre (housing music, drama and art). Other classrooms include Mathematics, ICT rooms, science laboratory, Geography and French rooms. Little Ardvreck and Forms 1 and 2 classrooms are all situated in the same area of the school and make up a thriving Junior School.
The sports facilities include a covered swimming pool and recently redeveloped sports fields, astro pitches and artificial turf cricket pitch. The school has a very fine multi-purpose sports hall, additionally equipped with cricket nets and a climbing wall.
Finally, no school would be homely without its school dining hall. Ardvreck’s dining hall feeds warmth and the scrumptious food is a tasty remedy to all the hard endeavours completed in the classroom or on the games field. Recently, we were awarded Tatler’s Best School Food and this is a timely reminder that no matter how good the facilities are, an outstanding school needs exceptional staff to meet the needs and aspirations of all the children.
