Ardvreck is renowned for its high standard of pastoral care and welfare for both day and boarding pupils.

All our pupils enjoy a warm, caring and nurturing environment. We take the utmost care of all our children with an unbelievable team of staff. They are movers and shakers, optimists, can doers, smilers and who all care, beyond belief, about the education and wellbeing of every single child in our school.

House staff play a key role in the pastoral life of Ardvreck and are always available to advise and support the children and their parents.

We prepare children for places at all the UK’s public senior schools, by giving them a broad, inspiring and confidence-building education. While the children excel academically, they are also challenged with countless adventures and experience an authentic childhood.

During their time at Ardvreck, children are encouraged to take on a leadership role developing their sense of self and awareness of the needs of others.

We believe in teaching children how to manage obstacles or setbacks positively and to be more prepared for some of the challenges that lie ahead.
