Ardvreck’s Inaugural Golf Day took place in April with thirty-two members of the Ardvreck community coming together to take part in the competition.  Old Ardvreckians, OAPs (Old Ardvreckian parents), current parents and grandparents as well as members of staff enjoyed a round of golf on the Rosemount Course at Blairgowrie Golf Club.  The teams were mixed, with the youngest OA player having left Ardvreck in 2017 and the oldest OA player having left in 1946 - so an age range of 20 to 92!

The players were joined for a two-course lunch by an additional six guests, after which our Headmistress, Mrs Ali Kinge, gave a moving and humorous speech about Ardvreck's past, present and future before presenting the prizes.   

Small miniature whiskies and personalised golf balls were generously donated by one of our Old Ardvreckians.

Prizes were also awarded to the first three teams with the most points.
